Corporate Background
Paku Laris Group started operating in early 2008. Historically, Dato’ Mohd Azman (Abe Mea) and Datin Janaiyah (Kak Ain) the Founders and Co – Owners of Paku Laris Group built a single storey bungalow at Lot PT 4788, Taman Seri Rebana Machang in May 2008. The four – bedroom bungalow with an area of 1538 sqft was successfully completed in October 2008 and subsequently sold to the first customer in November 2008.
Based on the successful completion and sale of the first bungalow, Klaskon Builders was established on 25th January 2009 so that all business matters can be planned, managed and further developed in a more orderly and viable manner. Similarly, in order to strengthen and further expand the business, Paku Laris Properties Sdn Bhd (PLP) was established on 3rd July 2012. Paku Laris Home Builders Sdn Bhd (PLHB) was established on 14th February 2014. As of September 2021, Paku Laris Group has successfully completed more than 50 bungalows and villas throughout Kelantan and Besut.
To meet the needs of customers who want to build bungalows on their own, Paku Laris Home Center (PLHC) was established and began operations on August 17, 2015. PLHC is a local one stop center that sells and supplies all bungalow construction material such as timber, hardware and building material and finishes.
Paku Laris Properties Sdn Bhd has successfully completed the Damaisari Residence Seri Rebana and Machang Phase 1 & 2 housing projects. Currently, PLP is actively developing the Damaisari Residence Machang Phase 3 project and also the Damaisari Residence Tanah Merah. In the future, PLP is planning to develop the Rogajaya Coast – Beach Resort & Residence Project (Expected GDV: RM130 million) and also Kuala Besut Water Front – River Front Resort & Seniors Living Project.
